Improvements
- Bot Publishing is now available in VICA Admin Console
- Users in the "Admin" role will be able to publish content in production environment
How to publish chatbot content into production environment.
- Login to VICA Admin Console, select your chatbot, click the gear icon, then "Bot Publishing" tab
2. Click on "Publish A Version"
3. Select environment "Production", Description are optional.
Select Non-Fulfilment for agencies that do not have API call / webhook in their chatbot, then click on "Publish" button.
- End Session button implemented
- When user clicked on "X" icon on top right corner of the chatbot. Chatbot session will end
- Visual Flow view is now available in VICA Admin Console
- Reading of non-fulfilment enabled with L1 intent with follow-up
- Current version release are limited to the following bot response:
- Text Response
- Quick Replies
- Carousel
- Cards
How to view visual flow (Intent level)
1. Login to VICA Admin Console. Click on "Intent"
2. Click on the "..." icon on the right column, then "View in flow"
3. You may view the master question / training phrases / bot response in the intent by clicking on it
