1. Once you have logged in to http://support.vica.gov.sg/hc/en-us, click on 'Submit a request' at the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on the button depending on your issue/needs.
General Enquiry: For all other miscellaneous questions on the chatbot
Standard Request : This is for issue raised, any defect encountered while using the chatbot
Deployment Request (Fulfilments): For any fulfilment deployment (Applicable to some agencies)
Feature Request: This ticket is for any good to have feature feedback to the team
3. Enter relevant information in the form then click on submit. A confirmation email will be sent to the requester as well as to the VICA support team.
