- Public FAQ Page has been implemented
- Public FAQ page is a widget that agencies can install onto their website. The code provided by VICA just needs to be embedded in website and it is good to go
- Agencies that are currently using FAQ, which is linked to iFAQ or VA eCitizen, can now use the VICA NLP knowledge base to populate their FAQ
- Any search can be performed through the respective agency or through Whole of government
- Thumbs up/Down feature has also implemented so that users could submit their rating immediately.
- Featured FAQ - Agencies can also select their own FAQs to be featured.
- Popular FAQ - Popular FAQs are automatically selected based on the number of hits the FAQ has received.
- Public FAQ page is designed to be mobile responsive so that users will have the same experience when browsing on their mobile devices.

- Intent Category Management has been implemented to better manage the intents.
- Intents can also be easily selected and tagged as FAQ
