Improvements

• Backup Response Search enhancement
  • Search engine backup response will now auto triggered after fallback intent is triggered by public
  • Top 3 hyperlink will be generated for user based on public's utterance as a backup response after fallback intent triggered

• ML Confidence Score implemented in Admin Console
  • User can now adjust ML classification threshold in the Admin Console. (Admin role only)

  • Define the threshold value for the confidence score. If the return value is less than the threshold value, then a fallback intent will be triggered, or if there is no fallback intent defined, no intent will be triggered.

    In short, setting the threshold higher makes your chatbot 'stricter' when analyzing and returning response to user

    (Do expect more 'Fallback' as the ML threshold is being adjusted higher, Do not set more than 0.75)

     

    1. Login to VICA Admin Console
    2. Click on the Gear icon beside your chatbot name
    3. Select 'General' Tab, adjust the threshold value (as and when required), click on 'save' once done

    • Persisting Chatbot Session
      • Session will remains when user is navigating across different agency web pages. This is to continue conversations between the user and chatbot.
