• New Message Type - Image Gallery 
  
  • User will now be able to create new message type - Image Gallery from the VICA Admin Console
  • Think Carousel but for Image

• Label Management - To organize your intents with labels (Up to 5 Labels per intent)
  • User will now be able to create labels / add to selected intent 

• Training Enhancement - Clustering 
  • Questions which the chatbot cannot answer will be grouped together based on common topic
  • Clustering job ran once every 2 weeks
  • Every 2 weeks, the job will create multiple clusters based on training data collected in the past 2 weeks

• Analytics Enhancement - Confidence Score in CSAT Analytics download 
  • Confidence score are now present in CSAT Analytics download.
