- Evaluations – Automating the testing of your Chatbot’s Response
The days of entering a query one by one into the Chatbot to test its responses are behind. The Evaluations feature allows you to do bulk testing, speeding up the testing process significantly. This can be found in the new “Bot Evaluation” in your left navigation bar.
- Enhancement to Glossary for Multiple Inputs
You can now input multiple terms into the Glossary, separated by “;”. This should reduce multiple/similar entries in the Glossary.
