- Movable Chat Icon on Mobile Devices
We have improved our chat icon to be movable on mobile devices, improving the browse experience for users. The icon will automatically snap to the left/right of the screen after being moved.
- Refreshed Design for Suggested Questions
We have removed the “You might also be interested in:” speech bubble, and refreshed the look of the Suggested Questions pills.
This gives clearer separation of what are the answers you’ve drafted, and which are suggestions from the chatbot.

New Design - Multi-turn/Context awareness conversations enabled for all Chatbots
All VICA’s chatbot are multi-turned enabled to improve the chat experience for users.
How does it work?
Questions from users How humans would interpretation What is VICA? What is VICA? Where to login? Where to login to VICA? Support Portal Where to login to VICA’s support portal?
This mimics the way humans communicate, building on conversations with context from earlier discussions. Previously, these queries would be processed individually, and would lack context, resulting in inaccurate matches. Multi-turn uses LLM to paraphrase user’s queries into a more complete and cohesive question to get a better match.
Given that paraphrasing is dependent on LLM, the final response might differ between runs.
Fixes
- Bug fixes: Publishing Page - “Data Sources” were showing in the table after users Published their bot, even if their bots are Non-GenAI enabled. This has been fixed.
- Other stability enhancements
