Improvements
- Fitting room migration from https://webchat.vica.gov.sg/ to VICA Admin Console
- This is a 'test' page where you can have a 'look and feel' of your chatbot, also for testing of the chatbot
- Users will now need to login to VICA Admin Console to view/test the chatbot (Admin / Editor role only)
- Steps to view NEW webchat fitting room:
- Login to VICA Admin Console
- Select Chat App
- Click on Gear icon
- Select Web Chat tab
- Knowledge Gap Analysis Tool (aka. TRAINING) is now available
- Users will be able to see user utterances which triggers the Fallback Intent and then reclassify/train the utterances to respective intents.
- No-match conversations (Conversations that triggers the fallback intent) will be shown here between 12:00am to 11:59pm (24 hours)
- Steps to access the Training Tool:
- Login to VICA Admin Console
- Select Chat App
- Click on Training
- Review the questions, select the question to be added to intents, to create new intents, or to be removed from training page.
- Intent Page - Set end flag conversation from Intent is now available
- Setting end flag conversation from Intent will enable "Thumbs up / Down" rating for bot response to end-users
- Steps to enable/disable the end flag conversation:
- Login to VICA Admin Console
- Select Chat App
- Select Intents, go into intent detail
- Toggle the button for "Set this Intent as end of conversation" to enable/disable thumbs up/down for the chatbot.
