What's New in VICA 1.1.7

Improvements

• Conflict Detection (Validation) (Iteration 1) is now available in the VICA Admin Console
  
  • Conflict detection module can be found in the VICA Admin Console side panel.
  • Users will be able to generate conflicts from the entire knowledge base of the chatbot.
  • This is the first iteration of the conflict detection module, on-going enhancements will be applied in the future updates.

• History module is now available in the VICA Admin Console
  • Viewing/ Downloading of chatbot's history can be found in the VICA Admin Console side panel.
  • Users will be able to filter the Start Date / End Date
  • Users will be able to download history via download button.

Fixes

• Training phrases from Follow-up intents are now excluded from auto-complete feature
• Stability enhancements
