Sharing of Chatbot for Starter Tiers

You’ve created your bots—now it’s time to share them! We’ve made it easier for you to share your bots with team members without needing them to log in to the console. This means faster collaboration and less hassle.

You can also set a password to keep access secure. And don’t worry, you’re always in control—you can turn off sharing anytime.

How to use the feature?

Access the sharing feature via My WorkSpace for Starter tiers. The sharing feature reads data from your production environment only. So remember to Publish your chatbot before sharing.
Only Admins of the chat app have the ability to share the chatbot.
With the disclaimers in mind, choose if you’d like to proceed with sharing. Choosing ‘No’ will terminate the process. Subsequently, if you’d like to disable your sharing, you can also come back and select ‘No’.
Configure a password to control access to your bot.
You can set your own password, or use the auto-generate password feature.
Passwords can be changed at any time.
Hitting confirm will enable the sharing of the bot.
Copy and share the link and password to your team members for them to access the bot.
You can also preview the Chatbot by clicking on the link before you share your bot!
