Improvements

1. Improving filtering in the Knowledgebase to find all Unlabelled Data

We have include the Unlabelled option to filter all intents that currently do not have any labels. This should better support you in your maintenance of the KB.

This enhancement will be applied in both Question & Answer Bank and Custom Dialogue.

2. Deleting Websites from Data Source in the GenAI Playground/KB

We’ve previously introduced the ability for you to Add Websites as Data Sources to power your GenAI responses. As a natural extension, we are now allowing you to delete websites that you no longer need.

There will be a new Dustbin icon under Action column to allow agencies to remove the unwanted source.

Upon clicking on the Dustbin icon, a prompt dialog box will appear to confirm with the user if they want to proceed to delete it.

By clicking the ‘Yes, delete it’ button, it will remove the item from the listing of the Admin Console. If you don’t wish to delete it, you can either click cancel or close.
Do note that it requires 6 to 24 hours for the data to be fully removed from your chatbot.

3. Generative Responses: Allowing Users to view information from File Data Sources

Many agencies feedback that showing ‘Files’ in the ‘Sources’ of a response is not useful, as end users are not able to see or verify the information directly.

We hyperlink the ‘File’ so that upon clicking the hyperlink, users are able to view the file and verify the information themselves to ensure accuracy.
