Improvements

1. Standard/Advanced/Custom Instructions for Gen AI Behaviour

As more agencies are moving on to Generative AI chatbots, we’ve introduced a way for you to select or write your own instructions/prompts to better steer your chatbots’ Gen AI responses.

We’ve included the Standard Instruction and Advanced Instruction as default options for you to choose from. This will affect how thorough your bot is.

We’ve also included Custom Instruction. This allows you to do even more to influence your Gen AI behaviour.

For example:

• Affecting the tone of your chatbot (helpful, assuring etc.)
• Response length (e.g. Keep it to below 100 words)
• Sharing context on what your agencies does
• Reply in certain formats (e.g. Reply in step-by-step manner instead of long paragraphs)

This can be found in the App Settings Page, under Gen AI Behaviour.

2. Queries sent from the GenAI Playground will now show in the Training, History Page

One of the feedback we got was the difficulty in checking the Gen AI responses during your testing. Once a query is sent in the playground, you’d have to screen shot it, else it is gone permanently.

We’ve enhanced our Training, History Page to now show all queries from the playground too.

You can also use the filter function to further refine what you’d like to see.

Hopefully this can better support you in your Gen AI testing!

Note:

• This change does NOT affect analytics. Analytics dashboards will continue to show PRODUCTION data only.
• Queries sent from GenAI Playground prior to this release will NOT be shown. Only data after this release will be shown.
