Improvements
- New Chatbot Overview in My Workspace
With this new feature, agency users can now have a better understanding how your Chatbot is performing. This aims to highlight the weaknesses, and the priority to address the different issues. This can ensure that your efforts in Training are best spent to improve Quality Score.
- Chatbot Overview will display a 2-week view of the Chatbot Quality Score together with 3 relevant components. The score will be refreshed every 14 days.
- Users can address the components that affects your Chatbot Quality Score by clicking on buttons which you can then work on to improve your chatbot.
More sharing will be done in the virtual meeting, “How to VICA?” on 25 April, Thu, at 10am!
