Improvements

1. AI-Assisted Training for Unmatched Questions

We understand that training Unmatched Questions can be very time-consuming as you have to look at the questions individually. What’s more, you will now have to check and find an answer to them before you can add them to the KB. It’s a very intensive process, and we are trying to make it easier.

We are introducing new AI-Assisted Training features to better improve the experience and speed of how you train. At a glance, this is how it works:

1. All Unmatched user queries are analyzed by the AI and grouped together.
2. For each group, a Master Question is created.
3. We will search your Data Sources, getting Generative AI to suggest an Answer.
4. From here, you can add them directly to your KB as a Q&A Pair.
