Improvements

1. New Search Bar in Data Source Management

• With any AI systems, the intelligence is strongly dependent on its underlying data sets. As we see more and more documents being uploaded into VICA’s Data Source Management page, we are introducing new features to help you find and manage your data sources better.

  The Search features go on a simple Keyword search to narrow your search to the relevant items.

  Give the Generative AI functions a try in our VICA Console.

  For public-facing chatbots, you can find them in the GenAI Playground.
  For internal-facing chatbots, it can be found in your KB Management page.

2. Improving the experience in navigating Transcript

• Reviewing the chat transcripts is an integral part of understanding how your bots are performing. We know the current experience of navigating between different transcripts is not great.

  We are improving this with the ‘Back’ and ‘Next’ buttons. This will facilitate navigation through the chat transcripts with ease, without having to click in and out of them individually.

  This is available on Sessions Table in the CSAT Page and in Training Page (Matched and Unmatched). Try it in our VICA Console.
