Improvements

1. Gen AI Playground - Data Source Management

• We are now releasing the Data Source Management of Files in the Gen AI Playground. Feel free to upload your documents to power the chatbot in the Playground!

• After uploading or removing files, please remember to "Apply to GenAI Playground" for the effects to take place in the GenAI Playground.

2. Enabling and Disabling the Knowledge Base in the Playground

• We've received plenty of feedback that "my KB very solid leh, always cannot get a generative response in the playground."

We hear you.

You can now 'silence' your KB in the playground.

• Toggle OFF, the KB will no longer be linked to the Playground. The responses are now FULLY generative.
• Toggle ON, the KB will be linked to the Playground. This gives hybrid answering, prioritising Q&A pairs and Custom Dialogue over the Generative responses.

3. Translation for Chatbot responses

• Users can select either Chinese, Malay or Tamil from the drop-down box.
• Translation services are powered by Google, and currently available for text and HTML response type.
