Improvements

1. Search Q&A Bank by Master Question or Response

• On Q&A Bank page, there’s a search bar; users can toggle between searching by MQ or by Response., similar to what Custom Dialogue is showing now. 
• When I select "By Response", insert a text in the Search Bar and the relevant Q&A will show up.
  

2. Implement Q&A Generator on VICA-Admin using iframe

• Clicking on “Import Job” will bring you to Q&A Generator page.
• 2 Options

i. Q&A Generator

• Generates from website or files.
• Allows users to Edit, Delete and Create new Q&A pairs.
• Allows Export as CSV.

ii. Bulk Import

3. Enhance Chat widget UI for Generative AI Chat Assistant

• For Chatbot that has enabled the Generative AI mode, the chat widget will display the disclaimer and content clearly according to existing guidelines.

         - Disclaimer that content may be AI generated and user should adapt content to their usage (i.e.,                  not Copy & Paste)

         - Display citations for responses in the Chatbot if contents is generated from specific data sources.
