Improvements
1. 'Intents' module has been renamed to 'Knowledge Base'
This is to better reflect and include the new tools we are bringing to you in the future.
- Expanding the Knowledge Base module allows agency users to:
(a) Access the ‘KB Management’ previously known as ‘Intent Management’ page
(b) Access ‘Import Job’ (explained below in #2)
(c) ‘Uncategorised’ remains unchanged
2. 'Bulk Import' is now available in VICA’s Admin Console
Agencies with a list Q&A Pairs (in CSV format) can now mass import them into your KB. This is to support agencies who have previously used our Q&A Generator, but faced difficulties with Bulk Importing of the Q&A Pairs.
- Under Knowledge Base, select ‘Import Job’
- Then select ‘Bulk Import’
- This will efficiently process and batch import your Q&A pairs into the KB, streamlining the process for you
- Available for VICA 2 only
3. Add New Q&A Pairs from the Training Page
As we shift towards Q&A Pairs more, the Training Page has been upgraded to meet your current processes. Agency users can review the Unmatched and Matched phrases, and create a New Q&A Pair directly from the Training Page (no longer needing to go to the KB page to add new Q&As).
- Clicking on any of the User’s Questions will expand the Chat Transcript
- You will now see 2 new buttons – ‘Train’ and ‘Back’
- The ‘Train’ button allows you to "Create New Q&A Pair" directly
- "Add Selected to Custom Dialogue" allows you to add users’ questions as Training Phrases to certain intents that exists on the Custom Dialogue
- Available for VICA 2 only

1. Q&A Generator (BETA) will be coming to the Admin Console
What this means for you:
- Greater convenience to use the Generator, no need to visit an external site
- Able to upload files directly from GSIB
- You can access this via “Knowledge Base”, “Import Jobs”
- Available for VICA 2 only
