Improvements

1. Release of New KB Management UI

• As shared in the Townhall, the new UI is ready. Users are able to manage both Q&A Pairs and Custom Dialogue from their KB.

          - Create New Q&As

          - Edit Q&As

          - Delete Q&As (Included under the "Actions" Column)

2. Labels to be released before 11 Aug 2023

• Labels continue to play an important role in the management of our KB.
• Our team is currently working on it and will have it ready for release by the end of next sprint.
