1. New Intent Management UI for Chatbot on VICA 2
· Both the Question & Answer Bank and Custom Dialogue can now be viewed on the Intent Management Page.
· You can easily Create, Edit, and Manage your Question & Answer Bank and Customs Dialogue on the same page.
· The new UI will be rolled out progressively to all our existing agencies that are on VICA 2 in the next 2 weeks.
· All new agencies will have the New UI upon successful onboarding on VICA 2.
