What's New in VICA 1.5.5

Improvements

1. New column for draft/production environment on Training module

• New ‘Environment’ column added in Training module (matched/unmatched) to allow users to segregate between production and draft environment.

2. New column for CSAT Tags in Analytics – CSAT module 

• In VICA version 1.5.4, we have released a new CSAT modal pop-up. Shortcut selection of comments can now be viewed in CSAT module under ‘CSAT Tags’.
