Improvements

1. Chat widget - User interface enhancement

• Kebab button on top right of widget removed
• Download Transcript button replaced on left footer of chat widget, next to manual CSAT icon
• For livechat session, only Download Transcript button will be displayed
  
  

2. Chat widget - New CSAT modal pop up

• Upon clicking minimize button and rating the chat, a shortcut selection of CSAT comments will pop up
• Star ratings of 3 and below will trigger “What went wrong?”
• Star ratings of 4 and above will trigger “Great! What went well?”
