• Webchat Widget enhancement
  • Typing indicator now visible for all VICA chatbots. During each Bot Response, Typing indicator will be visible to end user to show Bot is "typing".

• Quality of Life - Intent List enhancement
  • Users can now 'right-click' on intents in the intent list page to open the intents in a new tab

• Visual Flow - Editing and saving of L1 & Follow-up Intents
  • Users can now make changes for both user input (training phrases) and bot response.
  • Add/Delete training phrases
