CSAT Analytics module enhancement
- Viewing of chat transcript for session is now available in the CSAT Analytics module

Response search from Intent Management Page
- Users can now search for Responses from Intent Management Page by clicking on the dropdown box beside search input field. Intent containing the searched response will be listed as shown from the example below.
- Response search will search through all channels and types of response and displayed to user.
- Currently Supported Search from Intent Management Page
  - Training Phrases
  - Responses
  - Intent Names
